Providing information such as license number is optional for classroom registration but is mandatory for online class registration.

User’s information will be shared with New York State Department of Motor Vehicle only when a user registers and completes the online defensive driving course.

Order / Online Class Registration

Taiw is designed for Informational Services. We request information from the user on our online order forms. A user must provide contact information (like first name, last name, address, etc.) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date, bank account information). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill a customers order. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in contact with the user. By providing your credit card information through our site or offline, you are authorizing Taiw to process an Electronic transaction via our credit card processing merchant in order to fulfill your order.
