Taiw will use the information provided by you on our contact or registration sign up forms in order to fulfill user’s requirements or contact you via email or phone to discuss the defensive driving course or other services on our site.
Registration
In order to register for a defensive driving class on this web site, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give contact information such as name, address, phone number and email address. This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest or we use this information to contact the user to activate there online registration. Providing information such as license number is optional for classroom registration but is mandatory for online class registration.
Account Privacy
Taiw respects your privacy. Taiw may use your IP address to administer our website, to assist us in diagnosing problems with our server, to review visitor trends, to track statistics through our website pages, to identify potential fraud and to gather demographic information. Except in instances of potential fraud, your information will not be shared with any third party not involved in improving the performance of Taiw.org.

This is information we receive from you on registration sign up or other forms, by phone, email and online. It includes but is not limited to your name, address, and telephone number, driver\'s license number and date of birth.
Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating Personal Information
If a customer's personally identifiable information changes (such as zip code, phone, email or postal address), or if a customer no longer desires our service, this can usually be done by emailing our Customer Support at bill@taiw.org.
Information Use
We store information that we collect through cookies, log files, and user registrations to create a profile of our customers. A profile is stored information that we keep on individual customers that detail their preferences. Consequently, collected information is tied to the customer's personally identifiable information to provide offers and to improve the content of the site for the customer. User’s information will be shared with New York State Department of Motor Vehicle only when a user registers and completes the online defensive driving course.

Communications from the Site
We email or call customers to confirm there registration, completion of course or reminders of upcoming class or renewal. Out of respect for the privacy of our customers, we present the option to not receive these types of communications.
We will communicate or reply via email, mail or phone, in accordance with the customer's wishes.
We may send all members or members testing our services an email, text or phone call to verify their email address or to provide more information on a service. Existing clients will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals and new services via email or phone call.
Service Announcements
On occasion it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement via email or phone call. For instance, if our service is temporarily unavailable or there is a class cancellation, we might contact customers via email or phone. These communications are not promotional in nature.
Order / Online Class Registration
Taiw is designed for Informational Services. We request information from the user on our online order forms. A user must provide contact information (like first name, last name, address, etc.) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date, bank account information). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill a customers order. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in contact with the user. By providing your credit card information through our site or offline, you are authorizing Taiw to process an Electronic transaction via our credit card processing merchant in order to fulfill your order. We will not otherwise use or distribute your financial information without your prior written approval.
Sharing
We will sometimes share aggregate demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
